How do I order?
Browse the shop and add pieces to your bag, then go to checkout and place your order. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe.
How do I pay?
Securely at checkout via Stripe — card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna where available.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 1–5 working days depending on the delivery option, once your order is confirmed. Delivery options are shown at checkout: Royal Mail Standard £3.99 (3-5 working days), Tracked 48 £4.49 (2-3 working days), Express £10.99 (next working day). Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
Can I return an item?
Yes — see the Returns Policy. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@sophiasbeauty.co.uk with your order details and the reason, and we will reply with return instructions. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days with photos at support@sophiasbeauty.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we email you updates. You can also ask for an order update any time: email us at support@sophiasbeauty.co.uk with your order number and email, use the order-status form on My Account (it opens your mail app), or ask Sasha in the chat with your order number and email.

Yes. All prices on this site are shown in GBP unless a product page says otherwise.
