Return Label: We send a prepaid return label (free for our errors, deducted from refund for wrong shade)

Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns: For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items we sent. We cover all return shipping costs.
Paid Returns: For wrong shade selected by customer. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
