Order Processing

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders before 3:00 PM (UK time) Monday-Friday ship same day
  • Next Day Dispatch: Orders after 3 PM, weekends, or holidays ship next working day
  • Tracking: Confirmation email with tracking sent once dispatched

Free Shipping on Mainland UK orders (England, Scotland & Wales) over £50. Orders under £50 or to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man are subject to standard shipping rates. International shipping calculated at checkout.

Delivery Options

  • England Standard: 2–3 working days
  • Scotland & Wales Standard: 4–5 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked: 2–3 working days with full tracking

Returns Policy

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products (hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Damaged packaging by customer
  • Final sale or clearance items

We Accept Returns For (You Pay Shipping):

  • Wrong shade selected by customer

We Accept Returns For (Free Shipping):

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is faulty or defective
  • Wrong item sent by us

Time Limit: Report issues within 14 days of delivery. For damaged/faulty items, contact within 48 hours for fastest resolution.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email Us: Email support@sophiasbeauty.co.uk within 48 hours with photos
  2. Provide Details: Provide order number and clear images of the issue
  3. Review: We review and approve within 24 hours Monday-Friday
  4. Return Label: We send a prepaid return label (free for our errors, deducted from refund for wrong shade)
  5. Ship Back: Ship item back using our label

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items we sent. We cover all return shipping costs.

Paid Returns: For wrong shade selected by customer. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Confirmation Email: Within 1 working day of receiving return
  • Refund Processed: Within 3–5 working days to original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Allow 5–10 working days for bank to show refund

We cannot accept returns for change of mind. For wrong shade, you may return but will pay return shipping. Please read descriptions, check shade guides, and contact us before ordering if unsure.
